Ben Gottfredson was a student athlete at Dixie State University and got his start moving furniture in between school and football practice. His exceptional service and care for his customers turned the occasional move job into a successful and growing moving company named Big Ben’s Moving and Storage.
In 2019 Ben built his first storage facility to better serve his moving customers and community. In 2022 Ben started Big Storage Ventures so he could share his love for self-storage and his success in the asset with his friends, family.
Today Big Storage Ventures is actively finding self-storage deals, managing the assets, and operating the facilities. We strive to conduct business with honesty and integrity, and to do what is best for our partners. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Ben is a devoted husband and father. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and making the most of life’s meaningful moments alongside his wife, Lauren.
Kallan Webster
CEO and Implementor
Kallan is a highly skilled financial professional with a master’s degree in accounting and extensive experience across multiple firms. Since joining forces with Ben in 2021, he has played a key role in executing the company’s vision and driving its growth. Outside of the office, Kallan enjoys sunny days and spending quality time with his three children and his wife, Maddie.
Jack Phillips

Jack is an experienced sales professional and capital raiser with an undergraduate degree in accounting and a strong attention to detail. He is committed to ensuring investors receive secure, well-structured opportunities with attractive returns. When he’s not working on storage investments, Jack enjoys golfing, running, and spending time with his wife, Mayson.
